This is the place to report any technical problems you encounter at TKBN.
Before making a report, please first consult the Frequently Asked Questions and Common User Problems pages, as these will solve most issues.
If your problem is not addressed there, then feel free to start a new thread on this board, along with any relevant details. Be sure to start a new thread for each new problem.
We will then get back to you as soon as we can.
Many thanks,
TKBN Staff

[glow=blue,50,500]Common Problems[/glow] Problems logging in
I login fine, but when I click a link it logs me out!
Firstly, try clicking "Always Stay Logged In" when you attempt to log in. This solves most problems.
If not, then your browser is not accepting cookies properly. First check to make sure you have cookies enabled. Also, in Internet Explorer 6 you need to make sure that you have 3rd Party Cookies enabled.
To enable cookies, do the following:
1) Click on tools on the menubar on your browser 2) Click on Internet Options on the drop menu 3) On the window that pops up, click on the privacy tab 4) Put the arrow and track so that the arrow is on low 5) Click ok
To enable third party cookies:
1) Click on tools on the menubar on your browser 2) Click on Internet Options on the drop menu 3) On the window that pops up, click on the security tab 4) Click on the custom button 5) On the little window that pops up, scroll down to where it says cookies, and make sure the radio button is in the enabled position 6) Click save
Email problems
I don't get notification/registration e-mails!
(Most people experience this problem with Hotmail. )
Check your junkmail bin. Sometimes they are redirected through the filter.
The newest versions of AOL have the "advanced SPAM blockers" and may make it impossible for us to contact you. Admins may have to manually register members who expierience this problem. Or we recommend that these people create temporary free e-mails (ie. hotmail.com).
If you still do not receive your password, please post on this board and an administrator will manually give you a password.
